The alphabet - recall
This activity is for teachers to use at the front of the class to test children's recall of letter names.
There are two basic ways to use this activity:
1) Proceed from flashcard to flashcard in rapid succession (turn 'Right or wrong animations' off).
2) Reveal the correct answer before moving on to the next flashcard (turn 'Right or wrong animations' on). Use the tick button or the cross button depending on whether the children call it correctly.
You can allow the children a second attempt at wrong answers by keeping 'Allow retrying' turned on.
In either mode, to hear the letter name, use the speaker button or click/tap on the flashcard.
If you are using a tablet in front of a group of children, you may like to turn 'Fullscreen cards' on to make them as big as possible.
