Use this tool to create a piece of writing. Select a template from the template menu to get started.
There are no distractions to the exercise of writing here, so no text formatting and picture tools. To create this sort of work, use the Busy paint and publisher.
Teaching tips:
These templates can be used in a variety of ways to supplement existing Busy Things activities or as stand-alone writing projects.
Use the story outline, diary entry, or letters to get children articulating and structuring their own ideas and writing for different purposes and audiences.
Children can practise the skill of justifying their arguments and opinions using the debate, review or decision making templates.
Have fun using the alphabet template cross-curricularly: How many foods, animals or countries can children name beginning with each letter?
The text boxes will expand if needed, so children are not restricted by a set area to type in, giving them the opportunity to write freely.
